Personal injury attorney Roger S. Weinberg has practiced law in Maryland for nearly 30 years.
He began his career after law school in 1983, working with his father in the general practice law firm of Weinberg & Weinberg. Years later, he began practicing under his own name and began to focus on neglect and abuse issues at nursing homes, assisted living centers and group homes for the disabled.
Today, Mr. Weinberg is based in Towson, Maryland, where he focuses on automobile and truck accidents, medical malpractice, work injuries and, to a lesser extent, drunk driving and traffic cases, as well as estate planning and business matters.

Roger S. Weinberg has been actively involved in the Maryland and national legal communities.
He founded the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association (now the Maryland Association for Justice) nursing home litigation section and served as its chairman from 2001 to 2004, and he was a member of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors from 2001 to 2008. He has lectured to other attorneys on nursing home litigation and has written articles for legal publications regarding nursing home and assisted living litigation.
Further, he is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice and takes part in its sections concerning nursing home litigation, medical negligence, automobile negligence, workers' compensation and criminal defense. He has written articles for the American Association for Justice's nursing home litigation group and recently gave a presentation to other attorneys at the American Association for Justice nursing home group's annual convention.
Mr. Weinberg is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America) nursing home litigation group, traumatic brain injury litigation group and inadequate security litigation group. Finally, he has membership in the American Medical Directors Association, the Maryland State Bar Association and the Baltimore County Bar Association.
